Bringing hope and enlightenment to the masses ...well, enlightenment anyway.
The rollicking adventures of Dr. Jacques Levague and his alter ego, ATHEISTMAN. Survivors of a plane crash must brave the horrors and privations of the Australian wilderness. Will Jesus save them before they descend into savagery and madness?
Prof. Athol Pine writes -
Many Journal entries contain pessimistic reflections that are reminiscent of the 19th-century Nihilistic philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer. Levague was once asked if the genesis of ATHEISTMAN was influenced by some of the German’s ideas, to which he reportedly responded testily: Shoppingwhore (sic) is only a generation away from Nazis, and Hitler was a big fan. Any culture that can call an onion zwiebel and then go on to invent industrial-strength gas chambers is in no position to comment on the Human Condition. Munchkins would call an onion zwiebel - Germans should call it something like a ‘rootenkraut’.
Here what folks are saying:
Prof. RD Penrose (Anthropology) - "Brilliant and Compelling";
Creative Writing Teacher SR Dawkins - "Impressive and Entertaining";
JJ Waterman (Austin MacCauley Publishing) - "an immersive and absorbing novel that captures the thrilling journey of Jacques Levague, aka ATHEISTMAN".
Juliet de Silva (Brazil) – I think you are my father, you rat. My lawyers will be in touch.
